Shipping & Returns

Newaza Co ships Australia-wide, using AusPost tracked parcel. We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but most domestic orders will typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Note that Newaza Co is not responsible for any mail carrier delays.

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Newaza Co. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at Newazaco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund and notify you via email. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same process as a return. We will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy or that we determine to be invalid.
